Our cocktail of the season is the delightful ‘Alresford Collins’ created by Cabinet Rooms and Jay Archer Floral Design to celebrate British Flowers Week. Made using lavender, a powerful aphrodisiac and relaxant that aids sleep, the drink’s light and refreshing botanical flavours make it perfect for summer garden parties.
